Machine for baking pizzas and similar products, designed for continuous conveyor belt baking and professional kitchens.

 

This electric conveyor oven operates at 220V with a total installed power of 8 kW and a maximum current of 36.36 A. It delivers consistent baking performance, reaching a maximum temperature of 560°F, making it ideal for producing high quality pizzas in food trucks, compact kitchens, and quick service operations.

 

The oven features a heating system composed of 6 lower heating elements (1 kW each) and 2 upper heating elements (1 kW each), allowing balanced heat distribution for consistent baking results.

With an electronic controller, operators can easily adjust both temperature and conveyor speed, giving full control over the baking process depending on dough thickness, toppings, and desired results.

 

The conveyor system operates with adjustable speed via the controller, allowing operators to regulate cooking time as the product moves through the oven.

Additional controls include:

• ON/OFF button
• Emergency Stop button
• Upper heating power potentiometer (0–100%)

The upper heating control allows operators to increase or decrease the top heat independently, helping achieve the ideal level of browning without overcooking the base.


Automatic Cooling Protection System

The TP Street Oven includes an automatic cooling system designed to protect internal components and extend equipment lifespan. After the oven is turned off, the heating elements shut down while the conveyor continues running until the internal temperature drops to approximately 258°F, ensuring safe cooling before complete shutdown.

This automatic cooling process helps preserve the oven’s internal components and ensures reliable long term performance.

• 🌎 The oven must be installed indoors in a dry environment, protected from rain or excessive humidity.

• 🌀 Air ventilation openings must remain clear and unobstructed.

• 🚫 Our technician will not install or modify electrical infrastructure.

• 📦 The oven must be unboxed and placed in its final operating location before installation.

• ❗ If the site is not ready at the time of installation, a rescheduling fee may apply.
