Tecnopizza offers a variety of conveyor pizza oven models in both electric and gas options, with different belt widths and production capacities to fit the needs of small pizzerias, high-volume restaurants, and everything in between. Our team can help recommend the best fit based on your business size and goals.

Q1: Does the oven require a hood system?
A1: Some counties in the U.S. allow electric ovens to operate without a hood system, but local fire and health regulations vary. We strongly recommend verifying with your local authorities before installation.

Q2: Is the oven easy to clean?
A2: Yes. Our ovens include removable crumb drawers and a full stainless-steel body for quick, hygienic cleaning. We recommend using non-abrasive stainless-steel cleaners, such as Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner, for daily maintenance.

Q3: How does the oven programming work?
A3: All ovens feature a digital controller that allows you to set time and temperature. You can also save up to 10 preset recipes, allowing you to change configurations with a single touch — ideal for fast-paced environments.

Q4: Can the conveyor belt rotate both directions?
A4: Yes. You can select the direction of rotation (left or right) to suit your kitchen workflow.

Q5: How long does it take to bake a pizza?
A5: It depends on the type of flour, hydration level, and amount of toppings. Cooking time typically ranges from 2 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Q6: What is the oven’s temperature range?
A6: Minimum operating temperature is 450°F, and the maximum is 752°F (400°C).

Q7: Are the ovens stackable?
A7: Yes. Tecnopizza ovens are stackable up to three units, allowing you to expand your capacity while saving space.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q8: Do you offer free shipping?


A8: Yes! We offer free shipping within the continental United States for all pizza ovens and equipment. However, free installation is included only with pizza ovens.

 

Q9: Do you ship internationally?
A9: We may be able to arrange international shipping depending on the destination. Please contact our commercial team at sales@tecnopizza.com to check availability and obtain a quote.

Q10: When will my order ship?
A10: Orders are shipped immediately after full payment is confirmed. Processing starts only after payment clearance.

Q11: How long does delivery take?
A11: Delivery time varies depending on the destination state and carrier. On average, delivery takes 7 to 10 days.

 

Q12: Can I request expedited shipping?
A12: Yes. Please contact our sales department to check availability for urgent delivery and get a custom quote based on logistics team availability.

Q13: Where will the oven be delivered?
A13: Ovens are delivered directly to the final installation site, as they are heavy commercial units not intended for relocation after delivery.

Q14: What do I need to know about unloading?
A14: Ovens are heavy equipment. Customers are responsible for providing a team to assist with unloading. If additional unloading services (e.g., liftgate or pallet jack) are needed, the carrier may charge extra, which is the customer’s responsibility.

Q15: Can I change the delivery address?
A15: Yes, but only if the change is requested before shipping. Address changes made after dispatch will incur additional handling and freight costs.

🛠️ Installation & Technical Support

Q16: Is installation included?
A16: Free installation is available only for pizza ovens delivered within the United States. This includes configuration and user training, either on-site or via remote support.

Q17: What must be ready before the technician arrives?
A17: The installation location must be fully prepared, including electrical and infrastructure requirements. Our technician will program the oven and provide full operational training.

Q18: Can ovens be programmed remotely?
A18: Yes. We offer free remote technical support for oven configuration and setup.

Q19: Is in-person installation available?
A19: Yes. If preferred, an in-person setup can be arranged and will be charged separately. A quote will be provided in advance by our sales department.

Q20: Can I use my own technician?
A20: Yes, but you must notify us in advance. If a third-party technician handles the installation, we will provide remote support and authorize the process to ensure it is done correctly and does not void the warranty.

🛡️ Warranty & Technical Assistance

Q21: What does the warranty cover?
A21: All ovens and equipment include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor (within the U.S.). The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.

Q22: How are warranty claims handled?
A22:
    •    We first offer remote technical support to diagnose and attempt resolution.
    •    If the issue is a factory defect, an on-site technician will be sent free of charge.
    •    Urgent repairs: handled within 72 hours (subject to technician availability).
    •    Standard repairs: handled within 10 business , in line with industry standards.

Q23: What if my equipment is out of warranty?
A23: A repair quote will be provided. Upon customer approval, the technician visit will be scheduled. Replacement parts are available from our warehouse in Kissimmee, Florida.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Q24: What is your return policy?
A24: You may return unused equipment in its original packaging within 7 business days of delivery, in accordance with Florida state law. Products must be in resalable condition.

Q25: What are your cancellation terms?
A25:
    •    Before shipping: Orders can be canceled at no cost.
    •    After shipping: Cancellation will incur return freight, carrier storage fees, and bank refund processing charges.
    •    If the customer requests to change the item after it has shipped, additional handling and administrative costs will apply. Please confirm all equipment specifications with our team before completing your purchase.
