TECNOPIZZA LLC – WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

1. INSPECTION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Customers must carefully inspect the oven and its packaging at the time of delivery.

If there is any visible damage, the equipment must be immediately refused with the delivery driver.

⚠ Accepting a damaged unit automatically voids the warranty coverage.

2. 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – PARTS AND LABOR

Coverage starts: from the delivery date or the date of technical installation by Tecnopizza, whichever occurs later.

Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Parts and technical support, provided the equipment is operated according to the user manual

Warranty exclusions:

• Improper installation or installation by unauthorized personnel

• Lack of maintenance (e.g.: grease buildup, fan cleaning, dirty sensors)

• Misuse (e.g.: excessive temperatures, blocked air vents, aluminum foil inside the oven chamber)

• Alterations, modifications, or use of non-original parts

• Extreme environmental conditions

• Damage caused by falls, improper transport, fire, water, power surges, or other external causes

Customer responsibilities:

• Ensure electrical outlet and wiring are compatible with technical specifications

• Ensure proper gas connection (if applicable)

• Provide an additional person to assist the technician in positioning the oven, if needed

⚠ The technical visit will only be carried out if the location is 100% ready for installation.

A second visit due to local issues will result in an additional charge.

3. TECHNICAL INSTALLATION

Free technical installation is offered as a courtesy only if scheduled by Tecnopizza within 15 days of delivery.

If the customer requests installation on a specific date or outside the mentioned window, an additional fee of $1,500.00 will be charged.

⚠ Tecnopizza is not responsible for any accidents or damages caused by third-party assistance during oven movement or

positioning.

4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• Remote support via message, call, or video

• If needed, technician dispatch within 72 business hours

5. RETURN POLICY – UP TO 30 DAYS

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after installation, if the product does not meet expectations.

Mandatory conditions for return:

• The equipment must be free from damage or alterations

• The oven must be ready and properly packaged for transport

• The return must be pre-authorized by Tecnopizza

Costs deducted from the refund or charged separately:

• Technical installation (if performed): $1,500

• Return shipping (outside Florida): $500

• Original shipping (if free): evaluated case by case

Customer responsibilities:

• Ensure electrical outlet and wiring are compatible with technical specifications

• Ensure proper gas connection (if applicable)

• Provide an additional person to assist the technician in positioning the oven, if needed

• Remove any old equipment prior to scheduling. Tecnopizza technicians do not dismantle or remove previous equipment.
