TECNOPIZZA LLC – WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tecnopizza purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of installation.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the installation date.

The product must be in new condition, free from damage, alterations, or signs of misuse.

Returns must be pre-authorized by Tecnopizza before shipping.
Return Methods
You may return your oven in one of the following ways:

By mail / freight carrier (pre-authorized shipping arranged by Tecnopizza)

At a drop-off location (if available)

In-store return (for local Florida customers by appointment)
Return Costs

Inside Florida: Return shipping is free.

Outside Florida: A $500 return shipping fee applies.

If the original order included free shipping, that cost may be deducted from the refund after evaluation.

If a technical installation was performed, a $1,500 installation fee will be deducted.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment.

No restocking fees apply.

2. Warranty Coverage (1-Year Limited Warranty)
Your Tecnopizza oven includes a 1-year limited warranty covering parts and labor against manufacturing defects.
Warranty starts on the later of:

The date of delivery, or
-
The date of technical installation performed by Tecnopizza.
Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects

Replacement parts and authorized technical support
Warranty Does Not Cover

Improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance

Modifications or use of non-original parts
-
Damage from accidents, environmental conditions, or external causes
3. Technical Installation
Free installation is offered if scheduled within 15 days of delivery.
Custom scheduling or special requests outside that window may incur a $1,500 installation fee.
4. Technical Support

Remote assistance via call, message, or video
-
On-site technician dispatch within 72 business hours when needed
