• A compatible gas shut-off valve and regulator must be installed and accessible.
• Our technician will not install, modify, or alter gas or electrical infrastructure.
• The oven must be unboxed and placed in its final installation location before the technician arrives.
• If the site is not properly prepared, additional service or rescheduling fees may apply.
